Payment Times Payment must be received before orders can be posted off. For handmade whistle orders a wait list, payment can be made anytime over the wait period. No down payment is required. Payment Methods We accept payments through PayPal or international money orders. PayPal: If you would like to pay through PayPal, please let us know and we will email you a PayPal invoice. We use the email mail@ElfSongWhistles.com for our PayPal account. Money orders: Canada: You can use regular money orders, these are available at most banks, credit unions, Money Mart and the Post offices. US: You can purchase international money orders at most US Post offices for approx $4.00. Please be sure to get the Pink ones as the Green are only negotiable in the US. International money orders are also available at most financial institutions. International: Please make payments in Canadian funds when ever possible. You can purchase international money orders at most banks.
